When can I expect to see designed samples for logos, business cards or postcards?
Payment must be accepted prior to beginning any design project. A 3-4 business day turnaround will be needed in respect to the package chosen.
How many changes do I get if I’m not satisfied with my logo?
Depending on the package chosen, you will have either 4 rounds of design alterations or unlimited design alterations.
Do you use illustrations?
Our packages and prices do not include illustrated logos.
How will I be able to pay for my logos, business cards or postcards?
All major credit cards are accepted. (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). Certified checks and money orders are accepted as well. Pls note all work begins when payment has be accepted.
What happens once my payment has been processed?
As soon as the payment has been accepted, one of our representatives will e-mail you with your conformation number a detailing description of your package.
How will I be able to view my logo, business card and postcard sample?
Once payment has been received one of our representatives will contact you via e-mail or telephone and supply you with a user name and password so that you can login into your own account to view your samples.
What type of printing process is used?
CMYK process is used; this four-color process is an industry standard. During this procedure, small dots of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black are printed on the paper in a precise way forming a full spectrum of colors. The end result is a high quality, photo realistic print.
What types of paper are used?
All of our products (business cards and postcards) are all printed on minimum 12pt card stock. Ask for a free sample. We will send different samples for you to look at.
Can I split my order for 6000 cards into 2 sets of 3000 or 3 sets of 2000?
Unfortunatly we cannot split the cards in two or three sets. Our production is based on a 6000 print run and all cards must be the same.
Can I print something different in the back of my business cards or other formats?
Yes! All of our sizes are double sided and we could print two different layouts on either side.
What types of finishes will I be getting on my cards?
We offer regular stock paper or you can choose to have a glossy lamination or a "silky" (matte) lamination.
How many business days does it take to receive my business cards or postcards?
Business cards and postcards orders are printed on Wednesday and are shipped on Monday. Allow 3-6 business days in North America. Delivery time for international orders will depend on customer location.

How will I receive my files?
Files will be sent via e-mail. If requested, we will send all files on a cd in appropriate formats.
